Terrifying Surprise

It was a foggy winter morning and the ravens were flying in circles around the abandoned castle. Oliver was the first to wake up to the screams. He looked around and was puzzled by the damp and unknown room. He couldn't remember how he got there. Was he alone? As he was walking towards the door, the room was getting smaller. He was terrified when he saw his name on the wall written with blood. His first instinct was to run but the door was locked and there was no key.

He looked around to see if he could find something small to unlock the door with. Somehow, he managed to unlock it with a bobby pin he had found next to the bed. He walked out of the room and saw three other doors and the stairs that disappeared into the dark. Thrills went down his spine as he thought of going down the stairs, but he tried to stay calm and figure out what to do next.

He decided to go down the stairs because there was no other way out. As he was walking down, it was getting lighter by the second. His eyes slowly got used to the light, and just when he thought that the exit was close, he came to a room. Finally, he looked up to see where the lights came from.

There was a massive chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Suddenly, he heard footsteps getting closer. He couldn't run away so he rapidly hid behind the sofa. He could hear some voices. Female voices. But they weren't beautiful. Not even close. ''I wonder if our next victim is awake?'', one of them said. The other laughed. ''Your time has come. At last, you too are going to feel that sweet feeling of revenge'', she announced it while scratching the table with her fingernails. That unpleasant sound made Oliver even more terrified. It seemed that they were enjoying their wicked conversation. ''All the pain he has caused me. He is going to feel it himself.'' The other voice spoke again. That voice sounded so familiar. He had most certainly heard it before. As he was trying to remember to whom it belonged, it came to him out of the blue. He passed out when he realised they were talking about him.

Castle Breakout

It was a foggy winter morning and the ravens were flying in circles around the abandoned castle. Oliver was the first to wake up to the screams. He looked around and was puzzled by the damp and unknown room. He couldn't remember how he got there. Was he alone? As he was walking to the door, the room was getting smaller. He was terrified when he saw his name on the wall, written with blood. His first instinct was to run but the door was locked and there was no key.

He was so scared so he started yelling ''Help!''. There was no answer. Oliver sat on the floor and covered his eyes with his hands. Then he said: ''I want to see my friends!''. Suddenly, he heard some voices. They seemed so familiar. He removed his hands from his eyes and saw his friends! There were Jessica, Tom and Daisy. They were all in the same room, walking around and talking about how they could exit the place.

Oliver stood up and happily said: ''Hey, guys, It's Oliver! Can you hear me''? His friends weren't reacting. Oliver closed his eyes again, hoping that everything was just a nightmare. When he opened his eyes, he was standing in a half-lit corridor. He was trying to see if there was something in front of him when he saw a scary-looking man – standing right in front of him. He was holding a knife in his hand and wearing a mask. The man was slowly walking towards Oliver.

Five hours later, Jessica, Tom and Daisy found a way out of the room. They all agreed to split up to find Oliver more easily. Jessica was walking through a corridor when all of a sudden she screamed. Daisy ran to Jessica who told her that she had seen a dead man. Daisy looked closer at the dead man. She shrieked at the top of her lungs: ''That's Oliver''. Jessica and Daisy were running all over the castle trembling all the way. They couldn't find Tom. They again entered the room which they had already escaped from thinking that Tom might be there. He wasn't, even though they had a weird feeling that they could hear a quiet voice saying: ''I'm here! Help me out!''
